Gas Feeding Valve Protection
New formulation protective gasoline additive exclusively indicated for dual fuel (bi-fuel) petrol / LPG or petrol / methane engines.
This formula has the characteristic of preventing the degradation and aging of long unused and stagnant gasoline in the tank.
Lubricates and protects at the same time every time the engine suction and discharge valves are started from premature wear, caused by operation with gaseous and dry fuels such as LPG and CNG.
Use:
A pack of 300 ml in at least 15/20 liters of petrol from km 3.000/4.000
The LPG Power Cleaner is a really innovative product!
In fact, it is the first formulated additive to be inserted into the gas bottle exclusively for LPG engines with phased or sequential injection systems in gaseous or liquid phase.
It is a product specially formulated to eliminate umidity condensates or deposits of lacquers, sulfur and ammonia from the gas tank.
Keeps the pressure reducer clean and efficient.
Cleans and lubricates the injectors or solenoid valves of the LPG gas supply system in liquid or gaseous phase.
It keeps all the LPG powered engine feeding system efficient and long lasting.
Use:
With the tank at least 80% empty, screw the appropriate adapter firmly on the LPG filling point, with the cylinder upside down, press lightly for about 30 seconds so that the product has sufficient time to enter the gas tank. Remove the adapter and proceed with refueling.
Injectors Gpl / Methane Cleaner is a detergent product of new formulation, designed for the cleaning, without disassembly, of the injectors or solenoid valves mounted on engines powered by gas (LPG and methane).
Cleans and lubricates all types of injectors or solenoid valves mounted on LPG or CNG fuel systems, eliminating problems of poor engine performance and jaggedness while driving, due to abnormal gas delivery in the cylinders, it shows the gas consumption at optimal values operating.
Optimizes engine performance by cleaning the deposits from the intake and exhaust valves and combustion chamber, plus all the benefits of a clean injection system.
This product can be used with specially designed equipment, the Injection Cleaner Gas Mixer and it is strongly recommended that it be coupled with the Pressure Reducer Cleaner
The LPG / CNG Pressure Reducing Cleaner cleans the internal parts of the gas, LPG or methane pressure reducer from oily and sulphurous residues.
Contains non-aggressive degreasing agents for rubber parts such as membranes and sealing o-rings.
It can be used without problems on all types of gas pressure reducers currently used on LPG and CNG power plants.
Use:
Disconnect the tube that carries the gas to the pressure reducer.
Disconnect the hose that from the pressure reducer takes the gas to the injectors, but leaving the first piece of pipe attached to the gas pressure reducer.
In the gas inlet hole, spray half of the product inside the reducer, keeping the end of the outlet hose higher in position of the reducer so that the product does not come out of the same and at the same time refills the entire interior of the adapter.
Leave to act for 5 minutes, then drain the residues from the pressure reducer, bringing the gas outlet flexible hose to a lower position than the reducer.
At the same time spray the other half of the product inside the reducer to rinse, always letting the whole flow out from the outlet hose.
Restore the system and proceed with the appropriate adjustments.
Attention in the presence of a solenoid valve that prevents the introduction of the product into the pressure reducer, open the solenoid valve electrically supplying it with 12V.
Lubricant for LPG / CNG Valves, special product designed for the lubrication of the intake and exhaust valves of the engine powered by LPG or CNG, electronically controlled with lambda probe and catalyst filter.
This product acts as a protective lubricant of the valves in those engines that being powered by LPG or methane, undergo a dry combustion in the combustion chamber.
Used regularly, it greatly reduces the wear of the engine intake valves, keeps the combustion chamber clean from carbon residues, increases the life of the spark plugs, lubricates and protects the exhaust valves, does not interfere with the functioning of the lambda probe and the catalyst. consumption and regular engine operation.
Use:
The product can be used with a suitable doser or nebulizer with a venturi system or an electronic system, which allows it to be delivered in the correct measure directly into the air intake duct of the engine.
Gas Mixer Injection Cleaner
The first and only patented system that allows to mix a special detergent to clean all the injection systems of LPG and CNG engines in gaseous phase.
